Who We Are

Located in Williamstown, KY, we are a fully insured, USDA licensed, mobile petting zoo. This means for your special event, we bring the farmyard to you! We have rabbits, goats, ducks, hedgehogs, and hissing cockroaches for your amusement! We do events for children of all ages from birthday parties, educational events, and senior centers!

Hillview Farm Mobile Petting Zoo

We bring life on the farm to you! ​ Being a life-long farmer, grandfather of 9, and a lover of all animals, I felt a strong need to re-engage all children with animals. Through our mobile petting zoo, we are bringing much more than smiles to children’s faces but inspiring love for all animals. We want to bring our passion and love of animals to any event that you hold and inspire.

Plan Your Event

We are here to make your next party, event or festival one that you and your friends will never forget!  Each event is unique, please feel free to Call (859) 903-3140 or submit the form here for information on pricing and how we can tailor something special for your event.

How much space is needed?

We can set up in a variety of different environments, including in suburban yards, parking lots, parks, and courtyards. Grass, concrete and pavement are all acceptable, but grass is usually best. You will need a fairly level area for any setup, and in the summer, naturally shady areas are great. Remember that there must be room to park our truck and trailer nearby the setup area. The truck can be parked on a street, in a driveway or in a parking lot, but it must be able to turn around somewhere. The truck can be moved after setup.

How do I book an event?

Fill out the form here concerning your event and our event coordinator will be in touch within a few hours to answer your questions and email you a proposal. You can make alterations to the proposal or ask more questions. When you are ready, just notify the event coordinator (via email if possible) that you are ready to book your event. You will receive a service agreement via email, which you will need to read carefully, sign and return, along with your deposit.

What if I need to cancel an event?

You can cancel your event for any reason up to 7 days prior to your event, at no cost. You can cancel for weather related issues up until 24 hours prior to your event, at no cost to you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time will forfeit their deposit, or 50% of the event total. If you need to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or email. If you receive our voicemail service, please leave a message and then call the emergency number, where you may also have to leave a message. Our office is not open on the weekends, but someone will get back with you. You should not consider your event cancelled until we confirm via call or email.

Payment Type Accepted

We accept cash and credit/debit card payments for your payment flexibility. To be able to accept credit and debit card payments we use a square card reader. Square has a processing fee of 2.6% of the total of the event. For the convenience of using this service we do have to charge the 2.6% processing fee on all credit and debit card transactions. Payment is due the day of your event.
